Right of withdrawal
Demo notice: For contracts on the rental of holiday accommodation, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB. The following notes are example text and must be adapted to the actual contractual arrangements before going live.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts on the provision of services related to accommodation for purposes other than residential, provided that the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).
Cancellation instead of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel a booking, the cancellation conditions set out in the terms and conditions apply. Please contact our customer service in good time; travel cancellation insurance is expressly recommended.
